You may use Candy AI for lawful personal entertainment, conversation and creative roleplay. You may not disrupt the service, probe its security, impersonate another person, infringe anyone’s rights or use generated content for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.
4. AI characters and generated content
Characters, messages, voices, images and video are generated by artificial intelligence. They are fictional and may sometimes produce unexpected or inaccurate results. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on, saving or sharing it.
5. Plans, credits and payments
Paid features may be offered through subscriptions or credits. The checkout screen shows the price, billing period, included benefits and renewal terms that apply to your purchase. Currency conversion, taxes and payment-provider charges may vary.
6. Wellbeing and professional advice
This website and the products discussed are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or emergency services. Do not rely on an AI character for urgent or high-stakes decisions. Contact a qualified professional or local emergency service when appropriate.
7. Intellectual property
Candy AI’s software, branding, site content and visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your use of the service does not transfer ownership of the platform, its technology or its branding to you.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect loss arising from service interruptions, generated content or unauthorised use of an account. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
